Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes — every new account gets a 60-day free trial with AI receipt scanning, Gmail integration, and reports for recent receipts. No credit card required to start. After the trial it's €10/month per seat. Current-year and ongoing scanning are included with subscription. One selected completed calendar year is a €20 one-time unlock (the last completed year is included with annual after the first payment); Any Past Year access is €79 one time — every completed calendar year available when you purchase, across all connected Gmail accounts, one year per scan. Cancel anytime. Weighing a corporate-card platform instead? How ExpenseBot compares to Ramp.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings — you'll keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for. For example: if you're on the monthly plan you stay active until the end of that month; on the yearly plan you stay active until the end of that year.

How do teams work?

There is one seated product. Start with your own seat, then add teammates later from Settings. When you add seats, ExpenseBot switches your account into team-management mode and bills the same plan by seat quantity.
