ExpenseBot's country coverage has four product/tax layers plus a separate bank-connection boundary — all real, but not the same:
| What | Where |
|---|---|
| Core receipt & expense tracking + home-currency reports + year-end records | 50+ countries |
| Country-specific tax-deduction guidance (rules, deductible %, local references) | 43 countries (listed below) |
| Detailed Tax Form Summary in the Year-End report | 8 countries: US, Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Germany, France |
| Reviewed filing worksheet (Beta) | 2 countries: Australia (ATO/myTax) and UK (SA103F) |
| Filled government self-employment PDF you can review & file | 2 countries: US (Schedule C + Schedule SE), Canada (T2125) |
| Plaid bank/card connections | 2 countries: United States and Canada |
So: capture receipts and run reports almost anywhere; deduction guidance in 43 countries; a form-mapped year-end summary in 8; reviewed Beta filing worksheets in Australia and the UK; actual pre-filled government forms in the US and Canada; and optional Plaid bank/card connections in the US and Canada.
What "supported country" (the 50+) means — and doesn't: it means receipt/expense capture, home-currency reporting, and the country-neutral ExpenseBot workflow. It does not automatically include bank connections (Plaid), country-specific deduction rules, or an official filing form — those are the separate 43-, 8-, and 2-country tiers above. Being a supported country ≠ having every feature.

The Year-End Tax Wizard
Every one of the 50+ countries gets the Year-End Tax Workbook — it organizes your year's expenses and income into a clean summary you (or your accountant) can work from. In the 43 deduction countries it also applies country-specific deduction rules; in the 8 form-summary countries it adds a summary mapped to local form concepts; in Australia and the UK it adds a reviewed Beta filing worksheet; and in the US and Canada it can prepare the actual government self-employment form as a reviewable draft.
