Important boundary

This is a paste-source workflow, not a direct CSV importer or API sync. ExpenseBot does not automatically map custom dimensions, jobs, vendors, or companies.

First import

  1. Open the Business Central General Journal and choose Edit in Excel on Windows.
  2. Paste ExpenseBot rows into the matching columns.
  3. Publish with the Microsoft Dynamics Office Add-in, then review before posting.
