ExpenseBot Login
Sign in to ExpenseBot with your Google account. ExpenseBot uses Google SSO to scan Gmail for receipts and save expense data to Google Sheets in your own Drive — no separate password to remember, no data stored on our servers.
New to ExpenseBot? Signing in starts your 60-day free trial. No credit card required.
What Happens When You Log In to ExpenseBot
The ExpenseBot login flow is a standard Google OAuth sign-in. When you click "Sign in with Google," you'll pick the Google account you want to use for expense tracking, then grant ExpenseBot two permissions: read-only Gmail access (to scan for receipts) and per-file Drive access (to create and update your expense spreadsheet). You can revoke these any time from your Google account security page.
First-time users: your 60-day free trial starts on login. ExpenseBot creates a Google Sheet in your own Drive and kicks off an initial scan of your inbox for recent receipts. No credit card required.
Returning users: logging in takes you straight to your dashboard where you'll see your latest scan results, mileage log, and month-to-date expense summary. Your data stays in your own Google Drive — ExpenseBot doesn't store receipts or spreadsheet contents on our servers.
Trouble signing in?
- Use the same Google account every time. Your expense data is tied to the Google account you first signed in with. If you have multiple Google accounts, make sure you pick the same one.
- Signed in with the wrong account? Use "Continue as a different account" to switch.
- Still stuck? Email support@expensebot.ai and we'll get you back in.
