After your trial ends, Standard USD pricing is $10/seat/month or $100/seat/year. Eligible India residents instead pay ₹599/month or ₹7,188/year, including GST. Subscription includes current-year scanning, daily automation, up to 3 Gmail accounts, up to 6 forwarding addresses, bank/card reconciliation, reports, exports, and mileage. An individual annual subscription includes the last completed calendar year's historical scan free, a $20 USD value. Team and sponsored subscriptions do not include that historical entitlement. One selected completed calendar year can also be unlocked for $20 USD one-time; Any Past Year access is $79 USD one time and covers every completed calendar year available when you purchase, across all connected Gmail accounts, one year per scan. No data is deleted — your Google Sheets and Drive files are yours forever, even if you don't subscribe.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

Yes. Eligible India residents receive the individual Standard plan at ₹599/month or ₹7,188/year, including GST. Annual billing includes the last completed calendar year's Gmail scan after the first successful payment, a $20 USD value. Additional historical scans remain $20 USD for one selected year or $79 USD for Any Past Year because full-year Gmail archives carry substantial AI extraction costs. We also offer native CAD, EUR, GBP, and AUD pricing; other countries can pay in USD with Stripe's adaptive pricing.
Is my financial data secure?
Durable receipt files, reports, and spreadsheets are stored in YOUR Google Drive. ExpenseBot completed a 2026 CASA Tier 2 independent security assessment, uses Google OAuth with limited scopes, and discloses its limited service metadata and temporary processing in the Privacy Policy.
