Subscription includes current-year scanning, daily automation, up to 3 Gmail accounts, up to 6 forwarding addresses, bank/card reconciliation, reports, exports, and mileage. Annual billing includes the last completed calendar year's historical scan free, a $20 value. The last completed calendar year can also be unlocked for $20 one-time; permanent Any-Year access is $79 one time and covers as many completed years as needed across all connected Gmail accounts, one year per scan. No data is deleted โ your Google Sheets and Drive files are yours forever, even if you don't subscribe.
