Yes — you can scan well beyond the default window. Here's how the depth works.
Free: the last 60 days
When you first connect Gmail, ExpenseBot automatically scans the last 60 days (a rolling window). That's included free, and your nightly scans keep it current going forward.
Scan a full calendar year — subscribe
To pull in a whole year, head to the Gmail scan page (the "Scan Gmail for receipts & income" button, or expensebot.ai/gmail). You'll see year cards. A subscription unlocks the current year and last year — so you can scan everything year-to-date plus all of last year.
Click a locked year card and you'll be prompted to subscribe. The annual plan is the best value — it includes 2 months free versus paying monthly. Once you're subscribed, run each year from that page one at a time.
Go further back — one-time $40 Deep Scan
Need history older than last year? When you pick an older year card, you'll be offered a one-time $40 Deep Scan upgrade. That unlocks the older years so you can pull receipts and income from further back.
In short
- Free: last 60 days, automatic
- Subscription: current year + last year, one year at a time
- $40 Deep Scan (one-time): older historical years
It's all driven from the year cards on the Gmail scan page — just pick the year you want and follow the prompt.
