When you first connect Gmail, ExpenseBot automatically scans the last 60 days (a rolling window). That's included free, and your nightly scans keep it current going forward.
Scan the current calendar year — subscribe
To pull in the current calendar year, head to the Gmail scan page (the "Scan Gmail for receipts & income" button, or expensebot.ai/gmail). You'll see year cards. A subscription unlocks current-year catch-up and ongoing nightly scanning — so you can scan everything year-to-date and keep new receipts flowing automatically.
Click a locked current-year card and you'll be prompted to subscribe. The annual plan is the best value — roughly 2 months free versus paying monthly ($10/month or $100/year per seat).
Scan last completed calendar year — one-time $20 unlock
Need last completed calendar year for taxes? When you pick last year's card, you'll be offered a $20 one-time historical unlock. If you pay annually, your subscription includes last completed calendar year as a $20 value after your first annual payment.
Go further back — $79 permanent Any-Year access
Need an older year or a custom historical range? When you pick an older year card, you'll be offered $79 one-time permanent Any-Year access. That lets you pull receipts and income from as many completed years as needed across all connected Gmail accounts, one year at a time.
