Yes — when ExpenseBot processes a receipt, it extracts the payment method (e.g. Visa ending in 1234, cash, or cheque) and includes it in the Notes column of your expense spreadsheet.
How it works:
- Credit/debit card receipts that include card details (e.g. "Visa ****1234") will show the card type and last 4 digits in Notes
- Receipts that indicate cash or cheque payment will show "Cash" or "Cheque"
- Receipts that don't include payment details (e.g. email-only order confirmations) may not have a payment method populated
Where to find it: Look at the Notes column in your ExpenseBot spreadsheet. Payment method appears alongside any other extracted notes from the receipt.
Tip: If you want to filter or sort expenses by payment method, you can use Google Sheets' built-in filter on the Notes column, or mention it when creating a report.
