You can add teammates any time from Settings — no need to reset your account or start over.
ExpenseBot has one seated product. Your seat is seat 1 (you're already paying for it). Adding a teammate adds another seat. Two or more seats automatically turns on team management — License Manager appears in your sidebar so you can invite teammates by email, assign seats, and sync G/L accounts and tags across everyone.
Go to Settings → Invite your team and choose how many teammate seats to add. Each seat is $10/month or $100/year. You can start with one extra seat (just you + one teammate) and add more later.
If you're already on a paid plan, you'll see a summary of your current subscription. Adding seats extends your existing subscription — no account reset, no double-billing. Accountants who add teammates keep their accountant view and get a three-way toggle (Accounting / Team / Expenses) to move between client books, team licenses, and their own expenses.
