ExpenseBot creates balanced journal rows that can be pasted into a Business Central General Journal opened with Edit in Excel.
Use Edit in Excel, not Open in Excel: only Edit in Excel can publish changes back through the Microsoft Dynamics Office Add-in, and Microsoft currently supports that add-in on Windows. Paste the ExpenseBot rows into the matching columns in the workbook, publish, then review the journal before posting.
This is a paste-source workflow, not a direct Business Central CSV importer or API sync. ExpenseBot does not currently map custom dimensions, vendors, jobs, or multiple companies automatically. Those values can be completed in the Business Central workbook before publishing.
