If you decide to come back later, email support@expensebot.ai and we can reset your trial so it starts fresh.
Paid Subscribers: You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription Management.
What happens when you cancel:
- You will not be charged on your next billing cycle
- Your account stays fully active until the end of your current paid period
- All your data (spreadsheet, receipts, reports) remains intact
Refunds: ExpenseBot does not automatically refund time already paid for. If you'd like to request a refund, email support@expensebot.ai with the reason. We'll review your account to see if a refund is appropriate.
Please note: receipt scanning uses AI processing that costs us per receipt, so we generally can't issue refunds for accounts that have actively used the product. For example, if you scanned 200 receipts over two months and then cancel, a refund wouldn't be available for that period — but if you signed up, never used it, and forgot to cancel, we'll make it right.
