Yes! Go to Settings → Forwarding Addresses and add any email address you want to forward receipts from. Once added, you can forward receipts from that address to receipts@expensebot.ai and they'll land in your spreadsheet automatically.
After forwarding, use View receipt activity on the ExpenseBot home screen to see the result and complete anything that needs details.
Works on any plan, including the free trial. The trial includes 2 forwarding emails. Subscribing raises the limit to 6.
Got an "Email Address Not Linked" message from us? If you forwarded a receipt and received an automated reply saying your email wasn't recognized, that means the sending address isn't registered as a forwarding email yet. The email contains an "Add Forwarding Email" button — click it, log in, and confirm. Future forwards from that address will process automatically.
⚠️ Forwarding emails ≠ linked Gmail accounts: A forwarding email only processes receipts you actively forward to receipts@expensebot.ai. Nothing in that inbox is read automatically.
If you want a second Gmail inbox auto-scanned nightly (so every receipt is picked up without any forwarding), that's a different feature — connecting it as a linked Gmail account. See the "Connect multiple Gmail accounts" article. Requires a subscription.
