Once set up, ExpenseBot scans your Gmail inbox every night automatically — you never need to click "Scan emails" again.
To confirm it's running: open the Automation Hub (click your profile → Automation Hub). The first toggle in the popup is Gmail Auto Scanning — make sure it's switched ON. That's all it takes.
After your initial scan, new receipts land in your spreadsheet every morning without any action on your part. The agent identifies receipt and invoice emails across all your senders and processes them while you sleep.
💡 Missed a receipt? Apply the ExpenseBot label to it in Gmail and it will be picked up on the next overnight run.
