π How It Works: β Click the Google Drive button in ExpenseBot to open the Drive Picker β Browse or search your Drive for receipt files β Select multiple files at once β up to 100 at a time β AI processes everything β extracts vendor, amount, date, tax automatically

- Receipts already saved in Drive from other workflows
- Bulk processing files shared by colleagues or clients
- Importing scanned documents stored in Drive folders
- Processing files received via Google Drive link sharing
π€ Shared folders work too: If a colleague, bookkeeper, or admin has shared a Drive folder with you, it will appear in the Drive Picker. Navigate to "Shared with me" in the Picker to find and select files from those shared folders.
β οΈ Note: ExpenseBot doesn't automatically scan Drive in the background β you select the files manually each time via the Picker. This keeps you in control of exactly what gets processed.
π Privacy: ExpenseBot only accesses the specific files you select β not your entire Drive. Uses Google's secure drive.file scope.
