Yes — click a report's title in My Reports and it opens right in the app: every expense with its date, merchant, amount, category, tag, notes, and receipt link, plus search, sorting, and a Summary toggle showing totals by category and by tag. The sheet itself stays one click away ("Open in Google Sheets").
What you can change
- Categories (accountants, on reports that aren't approved yet): click a category to fix it. The fix saves to the report and your master sheet, and teaches ExpenseBot for future scans.
- Remove an expense (report owners, on reports that aren't approved yet): the row leaves the report, totals update, and the expense returns to Review Expenses as unsubmitted — free to go into a different report. Split expenses are the one exception: edit the split in Review Expenses instead of removing it row by row.
What stays in Review Expenses
A report is a snapshot — merchant, date, and amount edits happen in Review Expenses (your live master data), not inside a report. That's what keeps a report trustworthy after you've shared it.
Approved reports are locked
Once a report is Approved (or Paid), it can't be changed — by anyone, including you. The viewer says so right at the top. The fix path is one click: fix the expense in Review Expenses, then choose ⋯ → Recreate report. You get a new report built from the same expenses at their current values; the original stays untouched for your records.
Related: editing your master sheet never changes existing reports (see "Does editing expenses in Google Sheets affect my reports?"), and approving a report locks an official copy (see "How do I approve expense reports?").
