In Review expenses, choose View receipt on the expense. When your browser cannot display PDFs, ExpenseBot opens its own PDF viewer automatically. If the browser preview is blank or incomplete, choose Use ExpenseBot viewer without leaving the review screen. This works with the PDF already loaded; switching viewers does not download the receipt from your account again.
In ExpenseBot's PDF viewer:
- Next PDF page and Previous PDF page move within a multipage PDF.
- Zoom in, Zoom out, and Fit width control its size.
- Rotate PDF clockwise turns a sideways page.
- Next expense and Previous expense move to a different expense, not another page of this PDF.
Open original opens the saved document in Google Drive. Use it for a file too large to preview or a document the viewer cannot display. (A password-protected PDF can't be read at all; see "Why does ExpenseBot say a PDF is password-protected, and what should I do?") Retry PDF and Retry viewer retry the in-app viewer using the same receipt. If the initial document download failed, Retry retries that download instead. For a Drive access error, switching PDF viewers cannot restore permission; use the shown error and contact support if needed.
The same PDF controls are available when opening a supporting PDF in Review income. Images and Gmail email-body previews are separate and unchanged. Selecting text is possible when the PDF contains text; scanned images may not have selectable text.
Viewing or switching viewers does not edit your receipt or spreadsheet. For delegated work, stay in the selected client's or team member's review workspace; these controls do not switch accounts. Chat can explain these controls, but it cannot operate the viewer in your browser for you.
