You may request a full refund if all three of these are true:
- Within 7 days of purchase (30 days for annual plans)
- Fewer than 30 receipts processed
- No bank account connected via Plaid
Once those thresholds are passed, per-call AI and Plaid costs have been incurred and refunds are not available. Cancelling stops future billing but does not provide a prorated refund.
