Yes! There are two ways to get someone else's receipts into your spreadsheet:
Option 1: Add their Gmail for automatic scanning Subscribe and add their Gmail address in Settings. Up to 3 Gmail accounts is a subscription feature — ExpenseBot scans their inbox automatically and puts their receipts into your spreadsheet.
Option 2: Add their email as a forwarding email Add their email address as a forwarding email in Settings → Forwarding Addresses. They can then forward receipts to receipts@expensebot.ai and those receipts get processed into your spreadsheet.
⚠️ Important: Either way, the second person doesn't get their own spreadsheet, can't take photos of receipts, upload images/PDFs, or use any of the other add expense features. Everything goes into YOUR sheet.

- If they need their own spreadsheet or features like photo capture → they should sign up for their own ExpenseBot account
- If you have multiple people → add teammate seats from Settings. Each seat gets their own account, their own spreadsheet, and all features. You manage the team from License Manager and can push standardized GL codes and expense categories across everyone.
