ExpenseBot uses a one seated product model — the owner is seat 1, and additional seats are teammate seats. Two or more seats turns on team management automatically. Purchase additional seats from Settings → Invite your team, assign them to team members via email, and manage everything from your admin dashboard.
As a Team Admin (Employer), you can toggle between your own Expenses view and the Licenses management view using the mode switcher at the top of the page.
