Yes, with three optional team rules. Open Team Management → Push Settings → Corporate Card → Receipt rules. All three are off until the team owner or an accepted co-admin turns them on. Saving a rule sends no email. For the rest of the admin tools, see what a team admin can do and corporate card reconciliation.
Don't require receipts under an amount
Shown only when the team's country has a statutory small-amount rule. For a US team the cap is $75 (26 CFR 1.274-5); teams in Canada, Australia and the UK do not see this option because those tax authorities expect a receipt for every business expense.
Tick the box and set the amount (up to the cap). Beside it, ExpenseBot counts the open card charges that are under the amount and would no longer need a receipt. Hotel stays always need a receipt, whatever the amount: a charge is treated as lodging when the bank categorises it as lodging, the merchant is a known hotel brand, or the matched receipt is a hotel folio. If ExpenseBot cannot tell, the charge still needs a receipt.
When the rule is on, each under-threshold charge is marked Accepted without receipt with the note "Under the $X receipt threshold". It gets its own line on the cardholder's expense sheet, appears in the period report as a card-only line, drops out of reminders and the review list, and never holds month-end submission. The first batch is accepted when you save; the rest follow within the hour. A review keeps the threshold that was in force when it was first applied, so changing the amount later does not rewrite a finished period.
Close out older charges
On the Team Reconciliation Dashboard, choose Close out older charges. Pick a date (it defaults to the day the company bank was connected). The dialog counts the charges before that date that will be marked Accepted without receipt, the ones held back because a likely receipt is already on the person's sheet (to confirm — match or confirm them from the person's review), the hotel stays and over-threshold charges that will be closed but flagged, and the charges skipped because they are already on a submitted report.
Choose Close out N charges. Each charge keeps its line on the sheet with the note "Before ExpenseBot start", stays in the period report, and never appears in reminders or the cardholder's review again. Nothing is archived or deleted, and every run is recorded with who ran it and when. You can run it again later for another date.
Reopen a charge
Expand a cardholder on the dashboard. Charges accepted by a rule are listed under Accepted without a receipt by a rule with a Reopen button. Reopening puts the charge back in the person's review so it needs a receipt again; its sheet line stays, and a receipt that arrives later attaches to that same line.
Email cardholders a weekly list of missing receipts
Tick Email cardholders a weekly list of missing receipts. The line beneath shows what this Thursday would send ("N people, M charges"), and Preview the emails shows each exact email without sending it.
Every Thursday morning (your team's local time) each cardholder with open charges gets one email listing them by date, merchant and amount, with the instruction to email each receipt to receipts@expensebot.ai from their work address, a link to register a different sending address, and a link to open their review and choose No receipt. Replies go to the team's reconciliation contact. The email leaves out charges posted in the last three days, bank interest and fees, credits and refunds, anything already accepted without a receipt or under the threshold, and charges that already have a likely receipt on the sheet. The first email covers only the last 30 days and at most ten charges.
A person is skipped for the week when nothing is new since their last reminder, when they themselves uploaded a receipt, matched a charge or chose No receipt in the last 48 hours (an admin opening or acting on their review, or the nightly Gmail scan, does not count), or when an admin sent them a manual reminder in the last seven days. A charge is asked about at most twice; after that it moves to your needs your decision list on the dashboard. Someone who does nothing after three reminders is paused and shown as paused; use Pause reminders or Resume reminders on their row at any time. The Monday roll-up reports how many people and charges were reminded, how many receipts arrived since, what is still open, and who is paused.
